Sub: Request for concession in my fees of adviced dental treatment
Respected Sir,
I, the undersigned, writing this letter in utter desperation for help. As the expense of the dental treatment is beyond my reach, I appeal for financial help from your part in the dental expenses that will be required during my treatment.
The doctors associated with the treatment have provided me with a brief idea of the future course of dental implant treatment for me, which is attached along with this letter as well.
I earnestly request you to accept my appeal for concession as soon as possible as this will help me to avail the treatment facility in your esteemed affiliated AIAD Society's Charitable Area Dental Hospital. The necessary documents are attached with this letter for consideration.
